By participating in the customer satisfaction survey you accept, without limitation or qualification, this Agreement. You may only use the Site for its purpose and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

• The draw will be made on the first working day of each month for the previous months winner.
  
  
• Prizes are your choice of either a 75cl bottle of Moet & Chandon Imperial Champagne or a 400g House of Dorchester Luxury Chocolate Collection Box.
  
  
• No alternative prize is available and the prize is non-transferable.
  
  
• Only one entry per person.
  
  
• You must be over 18 years of age and a UK resident to be eligible to win the prize draw.
  
  
• The winners will be notified by email within 5 working days of the actual draw date. Upon notification the winner will be asked which prize they would like to receive, either the 75cl bottle of Moet & Chandon Imperial Champagne or 400g House of Dorchester Luxury Chocolate Collection Box. Arrangements for delivery of the prize will also be made at this time.
  
  
• Terryberry Ltd trading as CottrillsReward reserves the right to terminate the monthly prize draw at any time at its sole discretion and makes no representation as to how many monthly draws will be held.
  
  
• The copyright of the material contained in the website, together with the website design, text and graphics and their selection and arrangement and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belong to us, our subsidiaries or the providers of such information. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission.
  
  
• We agree to comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and any related legislation in so far as the same relates to the provisions and obligations of these terms and conditions.
